I am a Ph.D. Candidate in the Department of Political Science at Maxwell School of Syracuse University.
My research agenda revolves around the issue of political identities. In my dissertation research, I explore forms of political polarization, with a special focus on polarization of feelings towards incumbent parties. My dissertation builds upon original survey data and interviews with civil society activists. My research has received support from American Political Science Association, Association for the Study of Middle East and Africa, Hoover Institution at Stanford University, and Moynihan Institute at Syracuse University.
